Maithily Bhupatkar
With an overall experience of 17 years in Human Resources, Maithily has been in the field of diversity & Inclusion for the last 7 years. An Industrial Psychologist by qualification, she worked with organizations like – Thermax Limited and Tech Mahindra Ltd. handling portfolios of Business HR, Corporate HR and Talent Management. Since 2010, she has been an independent practitioner partnering with diverse organizations to help them achieve their business objectives. Maithily is acertified Inclusion & Diversity practitioner from TISS, in association with ODAA & a certified Assessor from T.V. Rao Learning Systems, Maithily is primarily energized by opportunities to design sustainable learning structures that strengthen organizational capability; by applying innovative learning methodologies that resonate with a diverse participant pool..

Gauri is a Learning & Development Professional and her life’s aspiration is to be a catalyst of positive transformation. Her 15 years plus work experience has a blend of the education sector and the IT
Industry. She has worked as an Associate Consultant with Great Place To Work for large projects on People Management and in the space of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. As a L&D executive she has worked with SunGard, Symbiosis and Indecomm Global.
Gauri is a Certified Trainer form Dale Carnegie Institute India and has worked with corporates to design and facilitate workshops in soft skills. She has been conducting Women’s Safety Awareness Trainings for
various corporate entities like ICICI, CitiBank, Honeywell Technology Solutions, HSBC, Standard Chartered, TIAA, Tata Communications, Unilever on behalf of MitKat Advisory Services.
Gauri is Certified NLP Practitioner and has pursued a course in Mentoring and Coaching for Women from Avtar I-Win, as she wishes to work towards Women Empowerment and their wellness. She was
associated with XThrill Academy for Adventure Sports as a Facilitator for Summer Camps for Students as well.
She has completed her PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis and her MCM from Pune University.
